- Fenced: chain-link perimeter fence around the site.
- Gated: one controlled vehicle gate. Every tenant gets their own code, and every entry is logged.
- Cameras: covering the gate, entrances and common areas.
- Lighting: LED lights over drive aisles and the gate.
- Upkeep: routine inspections, gravel, drainage and snow work.
Good to know
- Cameras cover shared areas, not the inside of every yard.
- Security features reduce risk but do not guarantee against loss or damage. You insure what you store. See insurance requirements.
- Keep your gate code private. Add the people who use your yard in My Yard under Access.
- Exact addresses are shared only after you reserve.
