Who collects the rent?
Renters pay through YardKey. We send you your share every month with a statement for each booking.
Can I still rent the space myself?
Yes. Set how many units are open to us. If you rent one yourself, lower the number or pause the listing.
Do you check renters?
We collect their name, business, phone, email and insurance copy, and they sign an online agreement. You see their contact details once you confirm.
